Sharon Webster
Sharon has been here at the lake since Branigar started back in 1970. She was licensed in 1974 and took over as owner and Managing Broker of Lakeside Realty in 1998. Being here from the start she has seen the lake grow and change and no one knows the lake or the property better than her. She has enjoyed selling many of the owners their first lot or home here at ACL, and now enjoys working with their children or grandchildren to find that perfect spot here at the lake. In her free time she can be seen out on the golf course or with the grandkids on the boat. |

Tom Webster
Tom was born and raised here in Jo Daviess County and lives on the family farm near the lake. He is a licensed Broker and has been working full time at Lakeside since 2000. He is still active in running the family farm. When not at work he enjoys spending time at the lake and on the boat with Heather, his wife, and two daughters Alexandria and Bailey. |

Barb Kestler
Licensed since 1975 and full-time with Lakeside since that time. Barb has resided at Apple Canyon Lake since 1972. |

Wayne Morgan
Licensed in 1988, Wayne joined Lakeside full time in 1995. He has been a resident of the lake sine 1991. Prior to real estate, Wayne was in management at Zenith Electronics for 29 year retiring as Senior Vice President. When not working Wayne enjoys golfing, boating, and waling ACL’s great trails. |

Joan Johnson
Joan has been licensed for many years; having been in the rental management area of real estate primarily. She has also sold residential property in the Schaumburg neighborhood, and worked wit several builders. She and her husband, Joe have renovated and rented several properties. They bought their home at Apple Canyon Lake in 2002 and come out every weekend to enjoy the entire Galena area; by themselves or with their 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Her interests include cruising, antiquing, and gardening. |

Cindy York
Licensed in 1982. Cyndy also became a licensed real estate appraiser in 1985, and has been the owner of York Appraisal Company for the past 20+ years. She became a part time resident of Apple Canyon Lake in 2003 and a full time resident in 2008. Cyndy’s favorite activities include boating, reading, sports of all kinds, and “house hunting.”

Tim Wagner
Tim is a new member to the Lakeside Realty Team where he is a part-time resident at Apple Canyon Lake. He lives the remainder of his time in the Rockford area where he just retired in 2007 after 33 years of teaching. He continues to keep active with many special interest such as music, golfing, fishing, boating and all around do-it-yourself handy main projects. |

George Anderson
Licensed in 1995. One of the prominent farmers in Jo Daviess County, George specializes in locating farm and recreational lands near Apple Canyon Lake. |

Tracy Downs
Tracy was licensed and joined Lakeside in 2006. She grew up here at the lake lifeguarding at the pool and also babysitting for numerous families over the years. In her free time she can be spotted at the beach or pool with husband Dennis and their two kids Jayen and Kameron.

Judy Winters
Judy joined the Lakeside family in 2005. She is our office secretary/rental coordinator. Any questions about rental availability or rental homes are her specialty. Judy and her husband Cleland live in Scales Mound and enjoy boating and fishing at the lake, especially with their grandchildren.
